Europe's Top Air Travel Apps in Q4 2023: A Sensor Tower Analysis

As 2023 comes to a close, Sensor Tower has compiled a comprehensive look at the top air travel applications in Europe for the fourth quarter. This analysis provides valuable insights into the performance of key players in the industry.

Ryanair showed a variable trend in revenue, peaking at $71K in the week of Christmas. Downloads saw a decline from 255K to 202K towards the quarter's end, with weekly active users fluctuating, eventually stabilizing around 1.25M.

Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker experienced a downtrend in revenue, from $199K to $141K, with a notable increase in downloads from 113K to 212K in the last week of December. Weekly active users dipped to 1M in early December but rebounded to 1.27M by year-end.

Wizz Air - Book Flights had no reported revenue, but downloads showed a modest increase from 91K to 115K, while weekly active users saw a rise from 517K to 561K in the final weeks of the quarter.

easyJet: Travel App also reported no revenue, with downloads decreasing from 130K to 99K. However, weekly active users experienced a boost from 732K in early November to 814K by the end of December.

Lastly, Lufthansa displayed no revenue data, with downloads initially decreasing to 53K but then increasing to 69K during the holiday season. Weekly active users showed a positive trend, growing from 368K to 410K through the quarter.
